The manuals and guidelines are tools to timely and compliant DCA procurement and logistics. They are applicable to activities implemented with DCA funds.

Procurement Manual 6th Edition

The Procurement Manual provides a set of rules including procedures and guidelines for the practice of sound procurement, and is applicable to DCA projects and programs.

Logistics Manual 3rd Edition

The Logistics Manual compiles DCA’s logistical experience and assists in setting up proper logistics systems to the benefit of projects and programs.

Guide to USAID Procurement 2nd Edition

This appendix, together with the DCA Procurement and Logistics Manuals are applicable to USAID funded operations under Grants and Cooperative Agreements.

DCA Procurement for UNHCR 2nd Revision

This appendix elaborates on some central UNHCR requirements, which are in addition to or different from the DCA Procurement Manual.
