Accountability and Quality Management

Accountability at DanChurchAid is expressed through our values and policies that all employees must adhere to. Quality assurance is also a priority in our work and activities, which is ensured through our procedures, standards and policies.

Core Humanitarian Standard

DCA is CHS certified. This certification means that we must live up to the nine requirements that makes up the Core Humanitarian Standard.

Monitoring and evaluation

In addition to the ongoing monitoring of our project and program work, DCA conducts independent evaluations which are available on our website.

Anti-corruption

Our anti-corruption work is to ensure that the money gets to the right people, and that our employees actively counteract the harmful effects of corruption. We base our work on anti-corruption on three principles.

Compliance

The compliance system is particularly important in order to be able to live up to DCA’s core values and contributes to transparency in DCA’s work – both in Denmark and the rest of the countries where we work.

Complaint system

In DCA, we constantly want to improve the quality of our work. Therefore, we welcome complaints about our work in the countries in which we operate.
